Case Study: Continuing to hit the right notes……twenty years on!
Since its foundation in 1992, Innovative Technology has become a major player in bank note validation with offices in Europe, America and Asia, earning a reputation as a world leading supplier within this niche sector. In 2006, Cork Griffiths recruited Carole Harker for the newly created role of Recruitment Manager as the company faced exciting times ahead. Six years on and celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2012, Aidan Towey, Managing Director commented "Carole has played a key role in our company development, both in the UK and overseas. Her appointment came at a critical time for us and she has since spearheaded the recruitment of over 50 new people in the areas of design, engineering, technical, graduate, sales and support".
