How we can work with you differently…hourly rate consultancy services
Help you to manage the whole recruitment process
· Assist and coach you to write the job description and advertisement
· Choose the most relevant advertising options including internet job boards and specialist/trade, national and local media and negotiate the best deal we can with the chosen media on your behalf
· Help you to set up the necessary internal admin processes and auto reply mechanisms, etc to handle and filter CV responses
· Coach you and your staff to recognise what to look out for in CVs in order to shortlist candidates
· Give you interview training and coaching in order that you can carry out the interviews yourself
· Ongoing telephone and face to face support as required throughout the recruitment process
· Help with the management of the offer/acceptance process…..CG time 1-1.5 days
CV assessment
· Assess your total CV response against the job description and criterion set
· Arrive at a long list of 10-12 candidates for us to pursue to a telephone conversation, ultimately to generate a shortlist of 5-6…….CG time 1-1.5 days
Interview facilitation
- Help you to interview the shortlisted candidates. In time we would hope to get you to a level where you conduct the interviews alone. However, it may take some time to develop style/confidence/technique to be comfortable with this so we can sit in on the meetings in the early stages and support you through them……..CG time 1-1.5 days
Offer and acceptance
· The offer is key to the success of the whole process. It is therefore imperative that the right offer is made first time. We can help you to craft the right message and produce a standard template offer letter……CG time 1-2 hours
Post offer management
· If the candidate has a protracted notice period, care must be taken to ensure that matters including candidate expectations are well managed up to start date.
· Help to manage the time post acceptance to ensure a successful start……CG time 1-2 hours
