Like most recruiters, our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's gross salary although unlike most recruiters who charge higher fees for higher salaries, we offer different levels of free replacement guarantee for an increased percentage fee. Please see below for further information.

If you need to replace an individual within our guarantee (whether they leave of their own volition or you let them go), we will do this for FREE. We will re-work the search and deliver a new shortlist for you at absolutely no cost. There is no catch!
Our entry level guarantee package tends to be used for junior management and support level positions that are usually on a short notice period.
In our opinion an excellent option, it takes at least 6 months to properly assess a new appointee’s suitability.
We believe in offering customers extensive peace of mind and this is why our guarantees can extend up to 12 months.
Despite everyone’s best efforts, occasionally things don’t work out as planned, often for no apparent reason. This is where the guarantee can really benefit you.
