Fees

Like most recruiters, our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's gross salary although unlike most recruiters who charge higher fees for higher salaries, we offer different levels of free replacement guarantee for an increased percentage fee. Please see below for further information.

We do also offer you lots of flexibility to work together in other ways such as:

Fixed fees

so you know exactly what the recruitment is going to cost at the outset
these fees are invariably less than our standard rates

Annual contracts

all your recruits within a 12 month period “wrapped up” in one fixed price monthly fee
particularly cost effective if you envisage over 3 new recruits in any one year

Consultancy rates

if you don’t wish to outsource the whole recruitment process, you can opt to use our expertise on an ad hoc consultancy basis, charged by the hour
we can support you with any aspect of your recruitment process at realistic hourly rates and there are also savings for using us on a day rate basis

Low fee rates

for quick turnaround database searches without the need to interview
charges:- 6% with corresponding 4 week free replacement guarantee or 12% with a 13 week guarantee

Split invoicing

typically split over 2-3 payments giving flexibility and cashflow benefits
particularly useful for smaller growing businesses

Guarantees

You choose the guarantee which best suits your business

If you need to replace an individual within our guarantee (whether they leave of their own volition or you let them go), we will do this for FREE. We will re-work the search and deliver a new shortlist for you at absolutely no cost. There is no catch!

Bronze:- 3 month guarantee

Our entry level guarantee package tends to be used for junior management and support level positions that are usually on a short notice period.

Silver:- 6 month guarantee

In our opinion an excellent option, it takes at least 6 months to properly assess a new appointee’s suitability.

Gold:- 12 month guarantee

We believe in offering customers extensive peace of mind and this is why our guarantees can extend up to 12 months.

Despite everyone’s best efforts, occasionally things don’t work out as planned, often for no apparent reason. This is where the guarantee can really benefit you.
