HR Business Partner

Our client is the UK head office of a world leading business providing a key service for blue chip customers worldwide. They now wish to recruit an experienced HR professional to join their team. Operating with a team of 3 staff, this is a generalist role, for a staff complement of over 200 across a number of sites and your key thrust will be to drive day to day HR matters through the provision of an advisory style service to line managers, liaising where necessary with external employment law providers and with the company's internal legal counsel. Specific focus will be on continuing the work done to date on training and development, recruitment and talent mapping. There will be some industrial relations exposure but not a great deal. There will also be some ad hoc project work as requested by the Managing Director such as developing apprenticeships through local schools and college links. As a CIPD qualified HR professional, with a good track record of varied HR experience to date, you will be a consultative, focused, detail conscious individual with a certain strength of character and be looking for your next big challenge.
