We run an MBO/MBI club for experienced Directors looking for buy-in/buyout opportunities.

We would like to work with you if you are an experienced entrepreneur looking for your next venture or an ambitious profesional managers who is in a good business with MBO potential but without other team members to complete a deal.

We can support you in both the funding / deal structure by linking you up with our corporate finance associates and in finding additional management talent to join the MBO team to ensure successful completion.

Typically, a target company will be generating between �250k -�1.25m profit with the key shareholder(s) looking for an exit.

We are keen to hear from you if you would like to work proactively with us to effect a deal.
