Job Title: Operations Manager

Our client is a privately owned logistics related service sector business, serving customers across the North West/West Midlands. They have grown considerably over recent years and as such, now require an experienced Operations professional to join their senior management team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the key focus will be to drive business process change and to oversee the implementation of new controls and processes to achieve greater efficiencies throughout the business. To succeed in this role you will be a confident and capable, results driven individual with a real desire to make a positive impact on an already successful business. You will need to demonstrate experience of major change and business process improvements in your career to date. Equally, you will need to be totally focussed, possess excellent communication skills and be able to influence at all levels to make change happen.
